I’ve gotten many and they all mean so much, but one that really stuck out wasn’t about my photography, or looks, or anything superficial. This girl that I hardly know, especially at the time told me that she ran into an old lady that gave her a smile so big that her eyes closed tight, and she instantly thought of me. She told me that she didn’t know what it meant, but it made her day and that she thinks that I’ll be a joyful old woman. It’s just a compliment that’s stuck with me ever since.
